Product Overview:

FZG vacuum dryer utilizes the principle that the dew point of water or other solvents is inversely proportional to pressure to heat materials under relative vacuum conditions, rapidly evaporating the moisture and solvents in the materials, and achieving rapid drying through vacuum pumping. Usually, only heating the material to 50-80 ℃ can quickly evaporate the water or other solvents in the material, providing good protection for the active ingredients in thermosensitive materials. FZG vacuum dryer is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, ensuring the intrinsic properties of the materials during drying. For solvents (such as alcohols) that need to be recovered from materials, a condenser with a storage tank can be used to effectively recover solvents or other gases that cannot be emitted from the materials.

Scope of application:

Specially suitable for low-temperature rapid drying and negative pressure sterilization of materials in industries such as medicine, food, chemical, electronics, and traditional Chinese medicine. It is also suitable for drying heat sensitive materials and drying sterilization for food quality and flavor preservation.
