Main purpose
Pharmaceutical: Raw material crushing, wet material granulation, dry material granulation, non compliant tablets that need to be recycled can be pelletized according to particle size requirements.
Food: Biscuit crushing and recycling.
Other: Grinding and granulation of coarse raw materials, grinding and granulation of block shaped raw materials, and decomposition of agglomerated raw materials.
Working principle
After the processed raw materials enter the feed inlet of the crushing and granulating machine, they fall into the conical working chamber. The rotating rotary knife exerts a swirling effect on the raw materials, and the particles are thrown towards the screen surface by centrifugal force. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife produces a shearing effect with the screen surface, and the particles are crushed into small particles between the rotary knife and the screen and discharged through the screen. The size of the crushed particles is adjusted by the number of sieves, the distance between the rotary blade and the sieve, and the speed of rotation.
