FYS corrosion-resistant liquid submersible pump is a fluorine alloy chemical pump used for transporting corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles and are not easily crystallized. Mainly solve the problem of transporting highly corrosive media. The fluorine alloy chemical pump is a vertical structure, with the pump body and impeller partially submerged in liquid, occupying a small area. The shaft seal has no leakage phenomenon, making it suitable for conveying corrosive liquids with medium temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to 105 ℃. The direction of rotation of the fluorine alloy chemical pump should be started according to the direction indicated by the pump. Cannot run in reverse, the pump body must be submerged in liquid when starting.

Precautions for using FYS explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant submersible pump
When handling and hoisting, the force point must be on the motor frame and the large base plate, and do not apply force on the outlet pipe to avoid damage.
After three months of use, check whether all parts of the pump are operating normally and whether the screws are loose; And add lubricating grease to the bearing seat. If there is wear, replace the parts in a timely manner to avoid causing greater losses.
During the operation of the pump, if any malfunction occurs, it should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
After use, if the pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned with clean water, properly maintained, and its service life extended.
