3、 Test box structure
The equipment casing is made of A3 steel plate surface for spray coating treatment, with coordinated color matching, circular arc design, and smooth and natural lines. The inner container is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the indoor sample rack and other accessories are all made of stainless steel plate. The equipment can manufacture an environment with a temperature of 49 ± 1 ℃ and a relative humidity of over 95% that meets the specified standards. It is designed and installed with a test piece rotating frame, air supply device, heating regulation device, air filter, and flow meter.
The test piece rotating frame of the equipment meets the standard requirement of 1r/3min, and a grease receiving plate is designed below the rotating frame; The air supply device provides three times the volume of air in the box per hour, and is equipped with a filtration system and flow meter; The heating adjustment device maintains a constant temperature of 49 ± 1 ℃ inside the box; The water heating method ensures that the relative humidity inside the box reaches over 95%. Install 4 PU movable wheels on the chassis for easy movement; Set a transparent window at a reasonable position on the box door to observe changes in the indoor sample.

4、 Control and protection system
1. Temperature and humidity controller: high-precision digital display instrument imported from Japan, such as "Shimada" or "Fuji"; The humidity is measured using a temperature and humidity comparison formula, with a temperature and humidity comparison table attached;
The instruments that directly display humidity can use the Korean "TEMI300" and Japanese "OYO".
