Brief introduction
The FT-QJ floating submersible electric pump is a water lifting equipment improved from the QJ well submersible pump. The entire unit of this product operates in floating water, extracting river and lake water to the surface for use in urban and rural industrial and mining enterprises, drainage, agricultural irrigation, and under seawater conditions.
This series of submersible electric pumps has a complete design, reasonable structure, low noise, long service life, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, high efficiency, and energy-saving lamp characteristics.
Usage conditions:
A three-phase AC power supply with a voltage deviation of 380V not exceeding ± 5% and a frequency deviation of 50Hz not exceeding ± 1%.

1. Understanding of the well:

4、 Structural description
The entire unit of QJ series clean water electric pump consists of pump working part, submersible motor, pipeline part (including lifting pipe, pump seat, etc.), cable gate valve, control cabinet, etc. The pump and motor are directly connected through a coupling and operate underwater.
The working part of the pump is the core of the unit. It consists of components such as impeller, middle shell, upper shell, pump shaft, bearings, inlet joint, check valve, and valve body.
2. The submersible motor is the power source of the unit. Composed of stator, rotor, upper and lower guide bearings, thrust bearings, base, connecting frame, sealing device, etc. (See structural diagram for details)
