1FS-1 high-speed homogenizerpurpose
Adjustable high-speed homogenizer is designed for laboratories in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, pharmaceutical and epidemic prevention stations, light industry, heavy industry, agriculture, environmental health protection, forest protection and other departments to perform functions such as fine crushing, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, strong stirring, wetting, and dissolution of organic or inorganic substances.

IIFS-1 high-speed homogenizerstructure and principle
This machine is developed based on our factory's long-term experience in producing the DS-200 high-speed tissue crusher, combined with advanced foreign technology and soliciting opinions from a wide range of users. The machine uses a 200 watt 20000 rpm single-phase series excited micro motor, which drives the rotary blade to act inside the bottle cup, utilizing fluid dynamics and high-speed mechanical shear force in the bottle to do work. There are six sizes of bottles, knives, and knife shafts, and six temperature control cups are attached. Hot water or coolant can be placed in the cups to adjust the temperature according to the needs of the materials. Mechanical positioning is also provided, making the entire machine easy to operate. The electrical part is equipped with a switch, and the power on indicator light is on. The speed controller can be infinitely adjusted according to the required speed. The housing is equipped with a grounding device, which is reliable for use.

4Instructions for use
1. Select the bottle cup according to the load capacity, put the material into the bottle, turn the required bottle cup clockwise onto the locator, center it with the motor shaft, tighten the compression nut, and connect the motor shaft to the rubber tube on the knife shaft, evenly distributing it up and down. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light will light up to turn on the power, adjust the speed controller knob, and select the appropriate speed.
2. Pay attention to the following before starting up:
a、 The power supply is consistent with the technical data
b、 Connect the machine shaft and knife shaft vertically with a rubber tube
c、 To avoid excessive force on the blade shaft, damage to the machine parts, and breakage of the bottle cup, the speed controller knob should be in the zero position for startup, and the speed should be adjusted from slow to fast
d、 The blade should be sharpened regularly, with even diagonal angles and no deformation, to ensure stable startup and high efficiency
3. The motor and speed controller should not be affected by moisture, and should be kept clean and properly stored.
4. Bearings should be inspected regularly, and high-temperature resistant lubricating grease should be added every six months
5. Found that it is not turning, the speed regulator is not adjusting, and the indicator light is still on. It needs to be stopped for inspection
6. The carbon brush needs to be checked regularly and replaced if it is worn out. If excessive sparks are found on the carbon brush, it should be stopped from use. Check the cause of the fault, repair it, and then turn it on to avoid burning out the rectifier and coil
