The FMC-01 automatic melting machine is a XRF analysis glass melting plate sampling equipment developed by Ruishenbao Analysis Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The samples prepared by glass melting method effectively reduce or even eliminate adverse factors such as matrix effect, particle effect, and mineral effect encountered in XRF analysis, greatly improving the accuracy of XRF analysis. In industries such as steel, metallurgy, chemical engineering, geology, and cement, the glass melting plate method has extremely wide applications for sampling. This automatic melting machine is a fully automatic melting and sample preparation equipment designed for this purpose. The overall design structure is reasonable, and the heating furnace body and control components are designed separately. The user operation is simple, with less manual intervention. Only the sample needs to be loaded, and the melting program is set through the touch screen. The melting process is automatically completed with one key. During the melting process, a user adjustable automatic swinging system is designed to ensure the uniformity of the melting plate. The whole machine adopts silicon molybdenum rod heating method, real-time temperature measurement by thermocouple, PID constant temperature adjustment, PLC intelligent control. The whole machine performs excellently in temperature control, stability, operability and other performance. The highest heating temperature can reach up to 1800 ℃, and it has good temperature applicability for different sample materials. The final sample is uniform and of good quality, which can meet the needs of customers in different industries for XRF analysis melting sample preparation.
