The FLECK3900 fully automatic water softener with 30-120T/H sodium ion exchange is suitable for dual tank systems without the need for external valve control. The piston is arranged horizontally, with two pistons, one controlling the regeneration program and the other achieving water inlet and outlet switching. The valve body material is lead-free brass, and an optional hard water bypass piston is available. Paired with a dual tank system or a multi tank system, it can be achieved without the need for additional valves. Suitable for boiler water softeners and other industrial water softeners.
1、 Working principle of Fulaike fully automatic water softener:
The Fulai fully automatic water softener adopts the fixed bed sodium ion exchange softening method. When the fixed bed is running, the water flows through the sodium ion exchange resin layer from top to bottom, and the calcium and magnesium ions in the water exchange with the sodium ions in the resin, softening the raw water. The resin used is 001 × 7 strong acidic styrene cation exchange resin. After the sodium ion exchange resin fails, in order to restore its softening ability, sodium ion regenerators are used for regeneration, including both co current and counter current regenerators. The regenerator is generally a salt (NaCl) solution.
2、 Working procedure of water softener:
1. Water supply: Untreated water passes through the resin layer, undergoes an exchange reaction, and produces soft water.
2. Backwash: Water enters from the lower part of the resin layer, loosens the resin, and removes fine impurities.
3. Salt water regeneration: Using high concentration salt water (NaCl) to flow through the resin, the failed resin is restored to sodium type usable resin.
4. Rinse: According to the process of water supply, rinse excess salt solution and regenerated calcium and magnesium ions through resin.
5. Water injection: Inject water into the salt tank to dissolve the salt for the next regeneration.
