The FHC-00 high-frequency melting prototype is a device carefully developed by Ruishenbao Analysis Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for glass melting plate sampling for XRF analysis. It can also be used to prepare solutions for analysis such as AAS and ICP. The process of preparing XRF test glass melt using glass melting method is as follows: the sample is assisted by a fluxing agent (such as lithium borate salt), and a platinum yellow crucible (usually with a platinum/gold mass ratio of 95/5) is used as a thermal conductivity container. The sample is melted by high temperature heating (the melting temperature is generally between 1050 ℃ -1300 ℃), and finally cooled directly at the bottom of the pot or cooled by a mold to form a glass melt. As one of the important methods for preparing samples for XRF testing, the glass melting method effectively reduces or even eliminates adverse factors such as particle effect, matrix effect, mineral effect, etc. in XRF analysis, improving the accuracy of XRF. It has been widely used in industries such as steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geology, and cement.
