Overall introduction: GB300A large three needle canvas sewing machine is a model specifically designed for sewing tarpaulin canvas and other products
Product details
Overall introduction:
The GB300A large three needle canvas sewing machine is a model specifically designed for sewing tarpaulin canvas and other products based on the GB4-1 sewing machine. It can be used in three forms: single needle, double needle, and three needle.
Main features:
Three needles arranged side by side in a straight line, with consistent needle spacing and line spacing, ensuring neat stitching and beautiful stitching of the product. Improved the quality of stitching, doubled the speed, and reduced the labor intensity of workers by about two-thirds.
Usage and maintenance knowledge:
New or long stored machines should be cleaned of surface dust and rust proof grease before use. A few drops of sewing machine oil should be injected into the running and sliding parts of the machine, and the machine should be driven for a few minutes.
When the machine is running, the steering of the upper wheel should be counterclockwise (when viewed from the outer side of the upper wheel).
The selection of needle size and suture thickness should be proportional to the properties of the sewing material, workpiece thickness, hardness, and softness.
The removal of dust and complete lubrication of the machine are required to be done at least twice per work shift.
Accessory parts:
1 large incision; 1 set of winding device; 1 small incision with 5 spindle cores; 1 oil pot; 1 pack of needles.
