Traditionally, lamps with negative ion purification function are called purification lamps. The common ones in the market are purification conversion bulbs and purification lamps. There is another type of lamp used in clean rooms or cleanrooms, called a clean lamp, also known as a clean lamp. Therefore, in fact, for the purification industry, LED purification lamps and LED cleaning lamps are two names for the same type of lamp. 2、 Construction process standard for FFU aluminum alloy keel ceiling
1. Scope
This process standard is applicable to the installation project of FFU aluminum alloy keel ceiling in clean rooms.
2. Construction preparation
Equipment and material preparation
Zinc alloy connectors, jumper blades (including L-shaped jumper blades, T-shaped jumper blades, and 10 shaped jumper blades), depending on the actual situation. Hexagonal socket screw, square adjuster, T-shaped screw, flange nut, galvanized wire harness, sealing strip, blind plate.
FFU aluminum alloy keel and related accessories should be packaged as they are when entering the site, with no damage to the appearance, size specifications in accordance with relevant specifications, and complete information.
Prepare construction tools
Electric tools: adjustable speed hand drill, aluminum profile cutting machine, vacuum cleaner, electric wrench.
Hand tools: tap, hex wrench, forklift, forklift and wrench.
Measurement tools: steel strip measurement, automatic level, laser level, and measuring instruments must be within the valid inspection period.
Preparation of construction conditions
Familiar with structural diagrams and design programs, and record reviews of relevant diagrams.
Before constructing the ceiling with FFU aluminum alloy keel, please familiarize yourself with the site first.
1) Apply epoxy coating on the upper part of the FFU aluminum alloy keel ceiling or the top plate of the colored steel plate, and adjust the height of the top plate.
2) Determine elevation reference points with relevant units.
3) Complete the installation of water pipes, air ducts, bridges, and equipment on the ceiling, and conduct pressure tests on the water pipes.
4) Check the height of ceiling pipes, equipment, and supports based on the design height of the ceiling.
Material input self inspection records and material inspection (supervision) creation of materials.
Develop a construction plan for FFU aluminum alloy keel ceiling and provide written safety and technical instructions to construction personnel.
3. Construction technology

Installation of boom
The suspension rod of the proficient crane arm adopts M10 galvanized wire harness. If the floor height can be measured in advance, it should be processed according to the ceiling height map and floor height. The suspension rod is divided into two parts, with a bottom length of 500 mm, to ensure the second ceiling leveling after installing the FFU.
The height of the ceiling (see bottom of FFU keel) must be accurate, and the elastic line must be located at the height around the wall. The specific method of elastic wire is to use a laser level or a level tube level (controlled by the project delivery of a 1-meter high metal wire).
The gaps between the suspension rods and steel sections used in ceiling engineering should be rust proof, and the paint should be silver powder enamel.
The arrangement of the boom should be carried out according to the drawings, and the distance between the boom and the end of the FFU aluminum alloy keel should not exceed 200mm.
The spacing between the suspension rods is usually 1200mm, and the length of the suspension rods should not exceed 3m (if the length of the suspension rods exceeds 1.5m, please provide reverse support); If the length of the suspension rod exceeds 3m, we will provide a secondary steel structure.
FFU keel ground component
In order to accelerate construction and construct as reasonably and effectively as possible, we transport raw materials and connecting accessories to the elevated floor of the construction area before installing, assembling, and splitting the FFU keel. During the assembly process, bolts must be used to secure the connection to ensure reliable connection and safety. When assembling the FFU keel, attention should be paid to damaging the protective film on other components except for the suspension and connection parts as much as possible to reduce future workload and cleaning difficulties. Dragon bone components typically use 3 * 3 modules (3600 * 3600), but should not be too large. When assembling, please pay attention to the height of the ground and set the appropriate tightening conditions for the hexagonal bolts before connecting.
Install FFU keel
When installing FFU keel, please use lifting rails or movable scaffolding. When installing the keel, it is necessary to ensure that the connecting bolts are firm and reliable, and that the boom and keel are connected in a straight line. In addition, FFU keel hoisting should be carried out from the inside to the outside and from the center to the periphery to reduce construction errors.
FFU keel height adjustment
After the FFU keel is level, you need to unify the reference line. The unified reference line is guided to all structural columns of the factory building through an automatic level gauge, and the factory building is divided into several small elevation control areas using a structural column grid.
The equipment must be calibrated before use and can only be used after certification. During use, it should be checked repeatedly, and the person in charge of measurement should be fixed and certified.
Fixed inspection: Before leveling the keel, the connecting bolts must be tightened. Leveling can only be carried out after passing all inspections.
Verticality adjustment: The verticality of the suspension rod, including the integrated support suspension rod (horizontal adjustment before installing the comprehensive support) and the keel suspension rod (horizontal adjustment before installing the keel), needs to be adjusted before leveling the keel.
Fixed equipment: During the leveling process, the equipment must be placed in a fixed position without vibration and can be fixed with brackets and structural columns.
Integrated support leveling: The integrated support must be leveled before leveling the keel, and before installing the lower boom of the integrated support, the flatness must be within ± 5 mm.
Rough adjustment: Before installing the FFU, the flatness of the keel should be roughly adjusted to within ± 10mm. Leveling requires a laser level to adjust each lifting point. When making adjustments, you can start from the four edges of the lifting block to ensure the correct adjustment of the height of the edges. The central suspension point can be confirmed with a long ruler. Fine tuning: After installing the FFU, fine tune the flatness of the keel to within ± 5 millimeters.
4. Quality standards
The materials and specifications of the ceiling keel and suspension rod meet the design requirements.
The relevant nodes between the keels are firmly connected, and the hanging components meet the requirements of the product combination.
The installation of the keel is straight and will not deform, with a horizontal error of ± 5mm.
5. Finished product protection and safety and environmental protection measures
The construction of the FFU ceiling may have been completed, while the construction of other experts may not have been completed yet, so it is necessary to protect the finished product. Otherwise, it will have a negative impact on the overall quality of the project. You can wrap the FFU keel with plastic sheets to prevent scratching and contamination.
FFU keel is strictly prohibited from colliding with hard objects. Protective signs should be placed in areas that may be damaged, and protective measures should be taken as needed. Stretch film can be used for roll up protection.
When building the suspended ceiling of the installed FFU keel, a pedestrian walkway must be laid, and it is strictly prohibited to step directly on the keel.
6. Structural considerations
According to the blueprint design, the FFU aluminum alloy keel ceiling installation unit and the raised floor installation unit are located at the center of the joint. During the installation process, you need to check the vertical integrity between the two.
If the installation area of the FFU aluminum alloy keel exceeds the distance between adjacent structural columns in the factory building, temporary placement of installation components is required. In temporary placement, the area between the four adjacent structural pillars of the factory building will serve as a fixed unit, and installation will be carried out in sequence.
During the installation process, it is necessary to ensure that the boom is vertical to ensure even force distribution and reduce the planar displacement and uneven sagging of the FFU keel.
FFU keel must be packaged. Packaging materials cannot be removed during the assembly process. The packaging can only be removed after adjusting the level and before installation and lighting.
