Main purpose:
This polishing machine is suitable for single-sided polishing of high-precision large workpieces and mass production of small workpieces. For example: aluminum alloy, stainless steel, tungsten steel, valve plates, diamond drill bits for oil drilling, etc.
Working principle and characteristics:
This polishing machine is a precision polishing equipment. The polished product is placed on a polishing disc, which rotates counterclockwise while the workpiece rotates on its own. The workpiece is pressurized by gravity, and the workpiece and polishing disc rotate and rub against each other to achieve the purpose of polishing.
Characteristics of high-precision polishing machine equipment:
1. The flatness of the polishing disc can reach ± 0.002mm; the flatness of workpieces with a diameter of 50mm can reach 1/4 wavelength after processing.
2. The workpiece of this polishing machine can be pressurized using a weight block, and the pressure can be adjusted;
3. The series polishing machine adopts PLC program control and a touch screen operation panel. The number of rotations, timing, and polishing time of the polishing disc can be directly input on the touch screen, and the speed can be adjusted, making it easy to operate
4. The polishing disc adopts a water-cooled circulation system, and the temperature can be controlled at a low temperature with an error of ± 1 ℃, which solves the problem of deformation of the workpiece caused by heat generated during the grinding process.
The gravity actuator cylinder has a protective locking function (i.e. it can maintain its original state in the event of power failure or gas interruption)
5. The equipment is equipped with three workstations (including three sets of weighing and self-locking systems), which can simultaneously perform polishing processing on three sets of products.
6. Polishing fluid (or coolant) circulation and filling system;
