1. Overview

The FCK-821A microcomputer measurement and control device is mainly developed as an interval layer measurement and control unit for substation automation systems with voltage levels ranging from 35kV to 110kV. It can also be used separately as a regular measurement and control device. This series of devices has functions such as measurement, control, monitoring, and recording, and supports the IEC 60870-5-104/IEC 61850 protocol.

2.1 High precision measurement technology

32-bit high-performance DSP processor; 16 bit high-speed A/D; 32 point sampling;

Adopt software dynamic compensation technology for the transmission error of secondary TA;


2.2 High reliability software and hardware design

Adopting embedded RTOS;

Separate input and output, separate strong and weak electricity; Good electromagnetic compatibility.


2.3 Comprehensive self checking function

Self check of telemetry acquisition circuit;

Open circuit self-test (can detect the action coil of the outlet relay);

Self check of AD, FLASH, EEPROM chips.


2.4 Complete interval layer monitoring function

Monitoring: Humanized operating interface; Display the main wiring diagram of this interval;

Records: including remote signaling records, event records, alarm records, and operation records; Save a maximum of 100 entries in total;

Communication: The measurement and control device is directly connected to Ethernet and shares network channels with other intelligent devices for data sharing across the entire station.

The number of telemetry points, signaling points, and remote control points can all be configured;

The main wiring diagram and gear monitoring function can be configured;

Specialized visual configuration tool;

Flexible configuration to meet the needs of various applications.

Accuracy: ± 0.02 Hz (software frequency measurement).

The measurement accuracy is ± 0.5%.

Accuracy: ± 0.5% (when connected to an external temperature transmitter, temperature measurement error: ± 2 ℃).

Input method: DC220V, DC110V or DC48V input, with photoelectric isolation;

Event sequence recording station resolution: ≤ 2 ms.

Ability to resist power frequency magnetic field interference: able to withstand the power frequency magnetic field immunity test with severity level IV specified in 3.7.5 of GB/T 13729-2002;

Anti damping oscillation magnetic field interference capability: able to withstand the damping oscillation magnetic field anti-interference test with severity level IV specified in Chapter 5 of GB/T 17626.10-1998;

Anti radiation electromagnetic field disturbance capability: able to withstand the harsh level III radiation electromagnetic field disturbance test specified in Table 15 of GB/T 15153.1-1998.
