1. Overview

1.1 Scope of Application

The FCK-800 series microcomputer measurement and control device is mainly used in substations with various voltage levels of 500kV and below, and is the interval measurement and control unit of the CBZ-8000 substation automation system. The device fully implements functions such as measurement, recording, monitoring, and control according to interval units, and can meet the requirements of comprehensive automation systems for substations of various voltage levels.

1.2 Technical Features

The main features of the device are as follows:

We use a 32-bit high-performance floating-point DSP digital signal processor and a 16 bit AD converter chip to fully ensure the sampling accuracy and data operation accuracy of the device.

The use of large-scale programmable logic chip CPLD makes the circuit simple and clear, the design more flexible, and the software and hardware upgrades convenient.

The switch input adopts DC 220V/110V optoelectronic isolation input, which meets the requirements of user system design.

Using multi-layer printed circuit boards and SMT surface mount technology, the strong and weak electricity of the circuit are completely separated, improving anti-interference ability.

The chassis structure adopts an integral panel and fully enclosed structure, with plug-in and unplugging methods. The terminals are directly wired out, reducing the need for multiple circuit transfers, improving the reliability of the device, and facilitating debugging and maintenance. Adopting a half width chassis to save space.

The human-machine interface adopts a 320x240 dot matrix large screen color LCD display, which is truly graphical desktop operation, vivid and visual, with intuitive display and convenient operation.

The software kernel adopts internationally mature embedded real-time multitasking operating systems, ensuring maximum real-time performance and reliability of the device, making software upgrades more convenient in the future.

Supports multiple communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet, etc., using internationally recognized standard protocols (IEC60870-5-103, IEC60870-5-104) for flexible configuration, fully meeting the requirements of different users, and facilitating interconnection with products from different manufacturers.

1.3 Functional Configuration

The FCK-800 series measurement and control device can be selected according to different functional configurations, with the following different models:

1.3.1 FCK-801 microcomputer measurement and control device

The measurement and control object is a circuit breaker switch unit in the substation, with the following functions and configurations:

1) Acquisition, display, and upload of analog signals:

AC current input: 4 channels (Ia, Ib, Ic, Is);

AC voltage input: 4 channels (UA, UB, UC, UL)+3 channels (Ua, Ub, Uc)+1 channel (Ux);

Direct flow input: 3 channels;

It is possible to measure the voltage U, current I, active power P, reactive power Q, and power factor of a complete AC power measurement point

It can achieve measurement and calculation of DC voltage, DC current, temperature and other DC current.

2) Collection, display, and upload of state variables:

State input: 48 channels;

The state variable input is DC220V/110V empty contact input, and the device is internally optically isolated, which can achieve remote signaling of state variable displacement and SOE event recording. The debounce time for state input can be set.

3) Switching output:

Switching output: 24 channels;

It can receive and execute remote control and remote adjustment commands, realize manual or remote control opening/closing operations for 12 control objects, output relay empty contacts, and set the exit action holding time.

It can achieve synchronous closing operation of a circuit breaker control object. The synchronous function can be set to be activated or deactivated locally or remotely.

4) Collection, display, and upload of pulse quantities:

Pulse input: 6 channels;

The pulse input is a DC24V air contact input, and the device is internally optically isolated, which can achieve recording of pulse electric degree counting.

5) GPS timing:

GPS timing pulse input: 1 channel;

The GPS timing pulse input is a DC24V air contact input, and the device is internally optically isolated, which can achieve GPS software and hardware timing function.

1.3.2 FCK-802 microcomputer measurement and control device

The measurement and control objects are two circuit breaker switch units in the substation, with the following functions and configurations:

1) Acquisition, display, and upload of analog signals:

AC current input: 3 channels (Ia1, Ib1, Ic1)+3 channels (Ia2, Ib2, Ic2);

AC voltage input: 3 channels (Ua1, Ub1, Uc1)+3 channels (Ua2, Ub2, Uc2);

Direct traffic input: 3 channels.
