The FBR5000 signal source is an instrument designed using microcontroller technology to generate 0-20mA, 0-5V standard signals or thermocouple signals. A friendly human-machine interface that allows for coarse and fine adjustment of output size through buttons. It can be used for calibrating and testing industrial process equipment and various electrical devices, supporting multiple signal types such as current, voltage, thermocouple, etc., with a maximum accuracy of 0.05%. In addition, the instrument has a small size and is easy to carry, bringing great convenience to instrument inspection on site or in the laboratory.

The FBR5000 signal source has the characteristics of flexible application and easy operation. It can directly enter the designated functional area through button operation. In industrial sites, standard signal sources can be provided for various electrical equipment and instruments, which brings convenience to on-site maintenance work.

The signal output and measurement of FBR5000 signal source can be synchronized. The output signal selects five test points of various signal types, and can be quickly switched or fine tuned with buttons, making linear detection convenient and fast.

It has 24V power distribution capability and can measure current signals from 2/3-wire transmitters when supplying power to the loop (maximum 70mADC).
