Operation method of foot operated plastic sealing machine:
Open the packaging box, install the machine according to the instructions, connect the 220V lighting power supply, turn the knob clockwise to turn on the power, the red light will light up, and it can start working,
Adjust the time according to the thickness of the film. Press the foot pedal and the green light will turn on, indicating heating. The green light will turn off, indicating completion. If the voltage is unstable, it is recommended to buy a voltage regulator for use

Instructions for using foot sealing machine:
Insert the AC power cord into the socket of the foot operated plastic sealing machine, and adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the material to be sealed. Place plastic on the sealing surface, then press the foot pedal, and the circuit will automatically control the heating time. When the indicator light goes out, the power supply is automatically disconnected. After about 1-2 seconds, release the foot pedal and it will be sealed.
If there is damage at the sealing point during sealing, it is due to too long heating time. Please rotate the knob counterclockwise to shorten the heating time.
If the sealing is not secure, it is because the heating time is too short. Please turn the knob clockwise to extend the heating time.
If the plastic bag sticks to the rubber pressure plate, it means that the cooling time is not enough and the cooling time after the indicator light goes out must be extended. Please release the handle a little later.
After adjusting the heating time, it should remain unchanged during use. No further adjustments are required during continuous use.
The foot sealing machine can always plug the AC power cord into the power socket, and does not consume power when not sealed.
Precautions for pedal plastic sealing machine
The sealing surface should always be kept clean to avoid oxidation of residues on the sealing surface, which may reduce the lifespan of the heating belt and heat-resistant cloth.
Do not wipe the sealing surface with a damp cloth.
If the pad under the electric heating belt is damaged, it will cause a short circuit and damage the electric heating belt. Therefore, every time the electric heating belt is replaced, the integrity of the gasket should be checked. If there is any damage, it should be replaced with a new one.
When it is necessary to replace the heating belt, a heating belt with the same specifications as the original should be selected.
Please check the rubber pressure plate after prolonged use. Because if the rubber pressure plate is damaged, it will affect the sealing quality.
