Working principle of external vacuum packaging machine for milk tea:

1. Deoxygenation is beneficial for the moisture and oxidation resistance of the product. Product spoilage is mainly caused by the activity of microorganisms in the air, and most microorganisms require oxygen for survival. Vacuum packaging uses this principle to remove oxygen from the packaging bag and the internal cavity of the product, causing microorganisms to lose their "living environment". Experimental results have shown that when the oxygen concentration inside the packaging bag is ≤ 1%, the growth and reproduction rate of microorganisms sharply decreases. When the oxygen concentration is ≤ 0.5%, most microorganisms will be inhibited and stop reproducing.
2. Absolute oxygen to prevent product oxidation. Hardware and electronic products require high cleanliness, and during transportation, the surface of the products may oxidize due to air pollution, and even the performance of electronic components may be unstable due to the action of oxygen molecules.
