To thank you for using our machine, we will do our best to provide comprehensive and high-quality after-sales service, as well as long-term consulting and technical services. For this purpose, we have formulated the following service measures.

1、 The company's services

Regardless of whether the equipment malfunctions during or outside the warranty period, the manufacturer shall arrive at the site within 8 hours in Suzhou, 24 hours within Jiangsu Province, and 48 hours outside the province upon receiving notification. In case of safety or other emergency situations, we will immediately dispatch personnel to handle them upon receiving notification.

2、 Technical service content:

1. Provide users with professional technical guidance and consultation

2. Organize engineering technical service personnel to provide regular tracking services

3. Responsible for providing installation technical guidance for user construction, and providing technical guidance and usage methods for the unit to the user upon completion.

3、 Service during the warranty period:

1. All machines purchased from our company shall be guaranteed for one year (or as agreed in the contract) from the date of project acceptance, starting from the day of installation and commissioning. The entire system will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period. Free on-site repair and debugging services can be provided during the warranty period.

2. According to our company's after-sales commitment, during the warranty period from the date of installation and operation, if there are any quality problems with the machine, we will provide free warranty services. After the warranty period, if any problems arise, the company will provide technical support and only charge for the cost of replacing materials and labor.

3. Users can apply to the company's technical service center by phone or fax letter, and can consult the service hotline to troubleshoot. If the fault still cannot be resolved, our company will send technical service personnel to provide services at the agreed time and location, eliminate the fault, and restore the user's equipment to normal operation.

If the following reasons occur, our company will provide paid maintenance and only charge material cost fees:

1. Damage caused by uncontrollable natural phenomena;

2. Malfunctions or damages caused by improper human operation;
