1. Installation position of cabinet: Indoor or outdoor with a roof and flat areas without obvious vibration.
2. The installation method of this product is floor standing, and a dedicated installation hole is set below the product for fixing. Please refer to the technical drawings for specific parameters.
3. The wiring method is cable trench wiring. The user's cable trench structure can refer to relevant national standards and industry standards, and design and construct according to the structural requirements of this cabinet.
4. When handling, please note that this product is strictly prohibited from tilting significantly, and the tilt angle should not exceed 100 degrees.
5. This product is strictly prohibited from being moved by prying, hammering, or other methods during transportation, installation, and positioning. Otherwise, it may affect the sealing performance of the product and cause it to malfunction.
6. This product is equipped with an air inlet and an exhaust outlet. The exhaust outlet can be used for on-site discharge or directed to a safe area for discharge. On site discharge must pass through a fire damper before it can be discharged. The user must provide an intake gas source (clean gas) on site, and the gas source pressure is generally controlled at 0.2-0.8MPa. When the intake gas source is nitrogen, be careful when using nitrogen as a protective gas in a closed operating room. If nitrogen must be used as a protective gas, please pay attention to on-site ventilation to ensure personal safety.
7. Due to the installation of precision electrical appliances such as industrial control devices and touch screens, a dry filter needs to be installed at the inlet of the air source to ensure that the air source is dry and clean, otherwise it will affect the service life of the electrical appliances.
8. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the pressure reducing valve, otherwise it may cause high-pressure cabinet flushing (the pressure reducing valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory).
