1. Working principle of explosion-proof hot air blower

The gas enters the inlet of the air duct heater through the hot air duct under the action of the fan, and follows a specific path designed according to the thermodynamic principle of heat dissipation inside the air duct heater, taking away a large amount of heat emitted from the surface of the electric heating element, and obtaining the gas temperature that meets the process requirements at the outlet of the explosion-proof hot air electric heater.

2. Structure of explosion-proof hot air electric heater:

(1) The electric heater is a vertical and movable structure, mainly composed of finned electric heating tube bundles, wiring chambers, fixed nets, and temperature control parts.

(2) The collection flange of the electric heating tube is made of Q235, which is fixed by welding with the electric heating tube.

A、 The production of electric heating elements and the dissipation of surface heat from electric heating tubes prioritize the use of fin winding form, which has excellent heat transfer effect.

The heating elements are connected to each other, the connecting conductors inside the tube are connected to each other, and the distance between them and the metal tube is greater than 2mm. The connecting conductors inside the tube and the heating elements are connected by crimping or brazing, and the minimum electrical clearance and minimum creepage distance are specified in Table 1 and Table 3 of GB3836.3-2000. The end of the metal tube is made of insulation material and fully insulated and moisture-proof treated. Type tests are conducted in accordance with the provisions of C.20.3 of GB3836.1-2000 "General Requirements for Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments".

B、 The finned electric heating tube must withstand the following tests

(a) 1.1 times the rated voltage, with a cycle of 1 minute of power on and 4 minutes of power off at the rated frequency. Repeat the test and withstand the following AC voltage for 1 minute for dielectric strength test: 2E+1000 (2 times the rated voltage of the electric heater+1000V) with a minimum of 1440V, and conduct a high voltage test at 1500V.

(b) The dielectric strength test of the AC voltage shown is conducted by immersing the entire device in water for 25 minutes as a cycle, repeating the test for 50 cycles with 1.1 times the rated voltage and rated current for 5 minutes, and then placing it in the atmosphere for 40 minutes and enduring it for another minute.

(c) After being placed in a warm box with a relative humidity of 90 ± 5% at+40 ± 5 ℃ for 24 hours, immediately wipe off the surface moisture and measure the resistance value between the charged and non charged parts with a 500 volt megohmmeter, which must not be less than 10 megohms.

(d) At the rated operating voltage, the allowable deviation of the rated power of the component is ± 5%.

(e) At room temperature, the insulation resistance of the component shall not be less than 500M Ω.

(f) The component is allowed to operate under conditions where the voltage is greater than the rated value but not greater than 1.1 times the rated value.

(g) Other aspects of the components should comply with the technical specifications for tubular electric heating elements in JB2379-93.

(h) The internal electric heating elements of the electric heater require 100% testing.

C、 Manufacturing of finned electric heating tubes:

The wall thickness of the U-shaped finned electric heating tube with a diameter of 16 is 1.5mm, and the shell is made of 0Cr18Ni9Ti. High purity oxidized crystalline magnesium powder produced in Japan is selected as the magnesium powder; High temperature nickel chromium alloy wire is selected as the heating wire. By filling powder, vibrating powder, shrinking pipes, and bending pipes. Final test: Insulation resistance of single electric heating tube>500M Ω; assembled ≥ 200M Ω; high voltage test ≥ 1500V/min. Complies with the national standard GB3836.1-3-2000.

(3) Install a fixed mesh inside the shell to secure the electric heating element.

(4) The electric heater is equipped with a temperature controller that measures the temperature of the air outlet and is connected to an AC contactor temperature control module. Users only need to provide power to achieve temperature control and adjust the temperature of the hot air outlet.
