Working principle
After the large block material is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively continuously sent to the main grinding room for grinding by the vibrating feeder. The ground powder rises with the airflow of the fan and is classified by the powder selector. The powder with the appropriate fineness flows through the pipeline into the large cyclone collector for separation and collection, and is discharged through the powder outlet valve to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is drawn into the centrifugal induced draft fan through the return duct at the upper end of the large cyclone powder collector. The entire airflow system of this machine is closed and circulates under positive and negative pressure. There is a certain amount of water content in the material being ground in the grinding room, which generates heat during grinding and causes gas evaporation in the grinding room, changing the air flow rate. In addition, the joints of various pipelines in the whole machine are not tightly sealed, and external gas is sucked in, increasing the circulating air flow. To achieve air balance, the exhaust pipe between the fan and the host is adjusted, and the excess gas is introduced into the bag filter to collect the powder brought in by the residual gas. The residual gas is purified and discharged.
