1、 Product Introduction

The 4-20mA magnetic levitation ball level gauge mainly consists of three parts: magnetic levitation ball, sensor, and transmitter. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the guide tube with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel inside the floating ball attracts the reed switch at the corresponding position in the sensor, causing the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor to change. Then, the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a 4-20mA current signal output. At the same time, the XMT series digital display controller (or DSB type light column digital display instrument) produced by our factory can measure the liquid level remotely. And upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display device. Realize positional control of liquid level, or use other regulators to form a constant liquid level regulation system, to achieve continuous PID adjustment of liquid level.
