The SWSK-DX series engraving machine is a lightweight CNC high-speed engraving and milling machine produced by our factory. Adopting a fully enclosed design, the machine tool structure is reasonable, with good rigidity and low noise; Using Taiwan made linear rolling guides, precision ball screws, and imported servo motors, the linkage is smooth and the control accuracy is high. Easy to operate and learn, widely used in industries such as molds, light industry, advertising, electronics, etc.
Model features:
The X, Y, and Z axes are all equipped with rectangular linear guides, and the slider is pre tensioned without any gaps.
The bed base is made of melamine cast iron, with a gantry structure and stable guide rail support surface.
Each axis screw is a precision ball screw pair that has been pre tightened, ensuring smooth and rigid carving motion.
The drive system adopts AC servo drive, with high control accuracy, stable XYZ three-axis linkage, and low machine tool vibration.
