1、 Overview of High Temperature Circulating Fan
The GW series wind turbines are standardized based on the improved structure of high-temperature wind turbines from foreign countries such as Dur and Nicoda.
This fan is used for gas transportation in high-temperature environments such as hot air circulation, drying equipment, and hot air stoves. The input gas temperature range is 100 ℃ to 200 ℃. The bearing seat of the fan does not require water or air cooling devices, and can operate continuously with full pressure efficiency reaching the standard efficiency value of the fan.
2、 Characteristics of high-temperature circulating fan
The GW type fan, due to the lack of water cooling devices in the bearings, can save a large amount of industrial water, and has the characteristics of compact structure, easy installation, commissioning, maintenance, and long service life. It is currently an ideal new generation product among high-temperature fans in China. Recommended for selection in design projects of Shanghai Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Design and Research, and received unanimous praise from users.
2、 Structure of high-temperature circulating fan
The GW series wind turbines are divided into two types: ordinary high temperature and explosion-proof high temperature. The single intake air is assembled as a whole and equipped with a transmission protective cover. The machine numbers are No: 3.6 #, 4 #, 4.5 #, 5 #, 6 #, 7 #, 8 #, 9.5 #, 10#There are 12 # 10 specifications, and the fan casing can be made into two types: left rotation and right rotation. The position of the fan outlet is represented by the outlet angle of the casing as "left" and "right", which can be made into five angles: 0 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 270 °. Other angles can also be made according to user needs. A muffler can be provided on behalf of the fan, but it needs to be separately specified when ordering.
If the intake conditions are equivalent and the performance is suitable, it can be selected, but the maximum temperature should not exceed 280 ℃. If the user requires a gas temperature greater than 280 ℃ during selection, special orders should be requested.
This fan consists of a casing, impeller, fan collector, high-temperature transmission part, and overall frame. The impeller is strictly calibrated through balancing and two dynamic balances to ensure smooth operation of the fan.
The main shaft of the transmission is made of high-quality steel that has undergone quenching and tempering treatment, and imported bearings. If used for painting lines and strong cold chambers, domestic bearings should be selected. Due to the fact that the inhaled gas in the strong cold chamber is heavier at room temperature than at high temperature, the motor efficiency needs to be appropriately increased.
