1、 Overview of testing machine

The WDW-2000 series microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine is mainly used for testing the tensile, compressive, bending and other properties of non-metallic and metallic materials. The host is a portal strength frame. The mechanical transmission adopts circular arc synchronous toothed belt and ball screw transmission. Since there is no need for a reducer, the power of the main engine is small, there is no gap transmission, and low cycle fatigue tests can be conducted. The testing machine consists of a host, a PC control system, user software packages, functional accessories, and other components.

2、 The testing machine has the following characteristics:

1. The computer-controlled screen displays experimental curves and can automatically calculate data such as tensile strength, bending strength, and bending modulus. With an open data structure, users can create their own formulas to calculate according to their own needs.

2. High measurement force resolution, no change in the full range, and no 100 fold attenuation of force values in different stages;

3. It has automatic calibration, automatic zeroing, and automatic storage functions.

4. Adopting a digital speed regulation system, the speed regulation range is wide, the stability is good, the transmission is smooth, and the noise is low;
