★ Scientific and reasonable airflow organization, adapted to high dust environments
Considering the particularity of the stacking method of goods in the warehouse, the unit air supply method adopts front return air and top outlet air, providing effective airflow distribution for the warehouse, strictly prohibiting airflow short circuits, and maximizing dehumidification capacity to increase the dehumidification space of a single unit. The selection of unit components fully considers the factor of high dust content in the air, and the filtration device is designed and installed on the outer surface of the unit for easy disassembly and cleaning. The key signal acquisition sensors are imported from Japan and designed to be dust-proof.
★ Corrosion resistant, efficient and energy-saving
Due to the high content of dust, smoke, corrosive gases, and other pollutants in certain air, the surface of heat exchangers and other components is coated with anti-corrosion coatings to reduce surface dust and tar adhesion. The inner side of door panels, copper pipes, and other parts have insulation layers with corrosion resistance. International renowned vortex compressor with high efficiency, the refrigeration system is designed through computer simulation.
