An AD converter for high-speed, high-resolution, and high-precision continuous data acquisition without grading; Reaching 500000 sub codes, achieving high precision, wide range, no grading, and unchanged full range resolution; Tested to be better than seven levels of amplification. The displacement measurement applied the 4-quadrant acquisition technology of the photoelectric encoder without any code loss, completely solving the impact of jitter on the signal. It can achieve constant displacement rate, constant deformation rate, and constant loading rate control during the testing process through PID automatic adjustment. Open loop displacement control: using displacement sampling values as control indicators, in open-loop mode, it only has one velocity parameter, and the displacement direction is determined by the positive or negative of the control velocity, with positive being upward and negative being downward.
