The DZ series electromagnetic vibration feeder is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical, power, grain, machinery, etc. It can uniformly, continuously, and quantitatively deliver granular and powdery materials to the receiving device. Especially suitable for situations where automatic batching, quantitative packaging, production process automation, and high feeding accuracy are required.
The main features of DZ series electromagnetic vibration feeder are:
- Due to the ability to instantly change and open/close the material flow, the feeding amount has high accuracy.
- Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation, no rotating parts, no need for lubrication, easy maintenance, and low operating costs.
- Due to the use of the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, the electromagnetic vibration feeder operates in a low critical near resonance state, resulting in less energy consumption.
- Due to the continuous throwing of materials in the feeding trough during the feeding process and their jumping motion forward along a parabolic trajectory, the wear of the feeding trough is relatively small.
- The control equipment of this series of electric vibrators adopts a thyristor half wave rectification circuit, so the feeding amount can be easily and continuously adjusted by adjusting the thyristor opening angle during use, and centralized and automatic control of the production process can be achieved.
Electromagnetic vibration feeders are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal, electronics, machinery, chemical engineering, building materials, light industry, and grain. In the production process, they are used to quantitatively, uniformly, and continuously feed block, granular, and powdery materials from storage bins or funnels to the receiving device.

Outline dimension drawing of DZ series electromagnetic vibration feeder
- During assembly, it is necessary to tighten the connecting screws between the exciter and the material trough to avoid affecting the stability of the electromagnetic vibration feeder rotation. To ensure safe use, the coupling bolts of the exciter hood should be reliably grounded.
- This seriesVibrating FeederAll are suspended installations that use sturdy and reliable steel wire ropes or floral screws to hang on components with sufficient rigidity, and are connected to the material trough hook through vibration damping springs. In order to reduce the lateral swing of the equipment, the hanging rod in the width direction can be extended outward by 10 degrees.
- When installing, tilting the tank downwards by 10 degrees can increase the feeding amount. If used in conjunction with an electronic program control device, it should be installed horizontally and the horizontal level of the tank should be checked, otherwise the material will deviate on one side during the material conveying process.
- In order to reduce the pressure of materials in the silo on the chute, a chute with a certain slope must be installed under the silo, and the chute must not touch the material trough.
- After installation, there should be a certain amount of clearance around the electromagnetic vibration feeder to keep it in a free state.
