VF and VFH butterfly valves are designed for regulating and controlling the flow rate of hollow gas during combustion processes. Three operating modes of the valve can be achieved by matching different components: manual adjustment with a handle (setting maximum current limit), continuous or pulse adjustment with an electric actuator M.Z., and fast pulse adjustment with an electromagnetic actuator SR.SL.ST.
Valve material: VF cast aluminum
VFH cast iron
Installation method: flange clamp (GB 9119-2000 PN1.6MPa).
VF butterfly valves have the option of reducing the diameter by one or two times.
Media used: Air and clean combustible gas (VF), hot air and flue gas (VFH)
The valve has a low leakage rate when closed (VFH has a zero position baffle)
The VFH hot air butterfly valve is designed with double eccentric valve plates and utilizes spring force to reduce clearance, which enables more precise adjustment and prevents valve plate damagefloat.
Driven by a handle, servo motor, and electromagnetic actuator.
In order to enhance mechanical strength, sealing, and corrosion resistance of parts, all components have undergone special impregnation and surface treatment, which is sufficient to resist the mechanical, chemical, and high-temperature effects in special environments.
