Introduction to DJECONV31C System Functions:
The humidification control board is centrally controlled by a microcomputer chip and has intelligent control performance; According to the size of the standard humidification control signal input by the main controller, the humidification amount can be proportionally adjusted within the range of 20-100% of the maximum humidification amount, effectively controlling the accuracy of humidification and possessing high-efficiency and high-precision humidification control functions.
Main functional features:
1. Multiple control signal modes. Equipped with voltage control, current control, on/off and switch control (can be configured by dialing according to on-site requirements).
2. Automatically adjust the humidification amount based on the signal size (external control) or output the corresponding humidification amount according to the set working mode based on the humidity difference between the detected humidity and the set humidity in the environment (local control).
3. Automatically add water, replenish water, and adjust the appropriate water level. Automatic water filling upon startup, automatic water replenishment during operation, and automatic adjustment of the appropriate working water level in the humidification tank based on water quality, water temperature, and drainage flow rate.
4. Automatic cleaning. The control board automatically adjusts the cleaning frequency and cleaning time based on the water quality and current change rate.
5. Limit water level function. Due to water quality, electrode scale, and other reasons, the current detection fails, and the water level in the humidification tank rises to the limit value and comes into contact with the extreme water level electrode. The control board automatically forcibly closes the inlet valve.
6. High and low current and abnormal fault protection functions. ① Due to scale and other reasons, the humidification current cannot reach the rated value within a certain period of time. ② Due to water quality and other abnormal reasons, the current exceeds the limit. ③ Other abnormal reasons cause the humidification control board to malfunction. Any of the above three situations will automatically stop working and output a passive signal when the control board occurs.
7. Remote monitoring of fault signals, control board prefabricated humidifier work development and fault alarm output signal indication. Indicate the humidification working status; Output high and low current alarm signals, manual reset and drainage operation, can be connected to external equipment interlocking, and operate synchronously for humidification.
8. Equipped with RS485 interface, it can be networked with computers to monitor relevant status.
9. When equipped with an intelligent display terminal and humidity sensor, it can form an independent intelligent electrode humidification system.

9、 Installation of SDJ type electrode humidifier
When choosing the location for installing a steam humidifier, it is important to pay attention to the following points:
● Environmental temperature 5-40 ℃
Relative humidity below 80% RH
● Inlet water quality: clean tap water and softened water, water conductivity: 125-1250 µ s/cm ²
When connecting the steam distribution pipe to the steam humidifier, the shortest length of steam outlet hose and condensate return hose should be used as much as possible.
The hose should avoid sagging and knotting, and should have a slope of 5-10%
Humidifiers must be installed vertically and kept level for proper operation.
When installing drainage pipes, the drainage outlet should maintain a certain height difference from the floor drain to facilitate drainage.
10、 Cleaning and maintenance of steam drum
When the humidification amount of the electrode humidifier does not reach the predetermined humidification amount, if other components are working normally, it means that the steam cylinder needs to be cleaned. Here are the cleaning steps and precautions:
1. Remove the shell, remove the connectors, and take off the upper half of the steam cylinder.
2. Remove all scale and sludge from the steam cylinder.
3. Tap the heating electrode to remove the scale on the electrode, allowing a small portion to remain.
4. Check the upper water level detector of the steam cylinder and rinse to remove any impurities attached to it.
5. Rinse the filter in the steam cylinder.
