IIIZZWPEWorking principle of electrically controlled temperature regulating valve
The ZZWPE electronic temperature control valve consists of control valves, electric actuators, temperature sensors, and temperature regulators. According to user needs, there are two types of structures: heating and cooling. The structure and principle of a heating type regulating valve: Before operation, the main valve core is in a semi open position, and the sensor is in a natural state. Connect the power supply and fully open the main valve core. The medium flows into the main valve body in the direction of the arrow and heats the thermal storage tank through the valve core. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor generates a corresponding linear signal input to the integrated actuator, which then drives the valve stem and valve core to produce displacement, and closes the main valve core to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input to the integrated actuator, which drives the valve core to gradually open, causing the medium to flow into the heat storage tank according to parabolic characteristics and heat up until the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range, thus achieving the purpose of temperature control. Note: Commonly referred to as heating type and cooling type. This can be achieved by simply replacing the valve core structure in this valve.
