principle structure

In terms of working principle, the electric vehicle shell crusher adopts the shear type crushing principle. The material crushing effect is achieved through the rotary cutting action of the moving knife and the fixed knife. When in use, the material is manually fed or fed into the main machine box of the equipment through a conveyor. The cutting incision is formed by the moving knife of the internal rotor part and the fixed knife fixed on the machine body. Under the action of the blade plate, the material is pressed to the cutting incision and the plastic is cut open by the cutting action of the moving knife and the fixed knife. During the repeated cutting and crushing process, the material that meets the discharge particle size requirements is discharged from the main machine box through the bottom screen of the equipment. The material that does not meet the discharge particle size will continue to be sheared until it meets the discharge requirements and is discharged from the machine box.
