The SB series electric oil pump can be directly inserted into the material bucket (most suitable for steel buckets that comply with GB/325-1991 standards) to extract liquid from the bucket. It can transport various oils, corrosive chemicals, and other liquids. According to the properties of the liquid being transported, the wet part of the pump body can be made of materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, etc. The drive motor is equipped with various options such as single-phase standard motor, explosion-proof motor, and high-speed motor. According to the material and motor, the models can be divided into: SB-1, SB-2, SB-3, SB-3-1, SB-4, SB-5, SB-6, SB-7, SB-8 series aluminum alloy, stainless steel or explosion-proof type. This series of pumps is a lightweight tubular axial flow pump with high efficiency and easy use and maintenance. This series of pumps is widely used in the chemical, petrochemical, fine chemical, dye chemical, environmental protection, water treatment, pharmaceutical, food and other sectors to pump different liquids. If used in flammable and explosive environments, our company's explosion-proof electric liquid pump can be selected. When using explosion-proof electric liquid pumps (SB-3 type, SB-4 type), relevant regulations of CB38361-2 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments" should be followed and explosion-proof plugs and sockets should be used correctly.
This product is suitable for flammable and explosive environments with explosion-proof capability of IIB level and ignition temperature not lower than T4 level. It has the characteristics of safety and reliability, reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, and easy maintenance.
The electric oil well pump complies with the national GB3836, 1-83 "General Requirements for Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments" and GB3836, 2-83 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Full Explosive Environments - Isolation Electrical Equipment" D "and GB3883. The provisions of 1-83 "Safety of Handheld Electric Tools". And through strict testing by the National Coal Mine Explosion proof Safety Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center, it has obtained an explosion-proof certificate, making it the most ideal tool for flammable late explosion workplaces. The above products have been tested by the explosion-proof inspection station according to 3836-. The 2-83 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments - Explosion proof Electrical Equipment" D "standard has undergone strict testing and the results meet the requirements for factory use of explosion-proof (DI-IBT4) equipment.
Electric oil pump is suitable for gasoline and other flammable and explosive materials in industrial and mining shops, chemical plants, drilling teams, warehouses, and other places. Since using this pump ensures safety and improves efficiency, it is the most ideal and reliable tool for use in flammable and explosive places.
Application and maintenance of electric oil pump:
1. For new or long-term unused oil pumps, after opening the box, use a 500 volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between all live parts and any metal parts that may come into contact. When approaching the working temperature, the resistance should not be less than 7 megohms.
2. Before use, it is necessary to check whether each terminal is secure, and the grounding wire must be reliable and firm.
3. Check if the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage, and use it on a power supply that does not exceed or fall below 10% of the rated voltage.
4. When using this pump, do not damage the wires and avoid water and oil from entering the motor, switch, and electrical parts.
5. Non explosion proof electric liquid pumps are prohibited from working under conditions containing flammable and corrosive gases to ensure safe production and the normal operation of various electrical components.
6. If any abnormal noise is found during use, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause should be checked, and only after trying to eliminate it can it be continued to be used.
7. This pump is not suitable for idle operation. Stop the pump immediately after suction is completed during use, as the motor of this pump can reach a no-load speed of about 10000 revolutions per minute, otherwise it will be worn out, the universal joint impeller, and in severe cases, the pump pipe may be damaged.
8. Replace the electric brush: When the electric brush is worn out and cannot be used, it should be replaced immediately, otherwise it will damage the commutator and seriously burn out the motor.
9. Electric oil extraction pumps should be inspected regularly, usually at least once every three months. Those that are frequently used should be inspected once a month, and during inspection, they should be completely disassembled to eliminate internal dust and oil stains. If there is too much carbon buildup on the commutator, the surface of the commutator can be cleaned with alcohol. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced with the same parts.
10. Please place it in a dry, clean, and non corrosive gas free environment when not in use.
Safety Instructions for Electric Oil Pump
1. Strictly follow GB3883 in addition to following this instruction. The relevant provisions of 1-83 "Technical Regulations for Safety Management, Use, Inspection, and Maintenance of Handheld Electric Tools".
2. The electric oil pump can only be used within the rated value of ± 10% within the voltage range.
3. Avoid electrical grade and water/oil in places where electrical grade is installed. When installing this pump, do not damage the electrical grade and avoid contact between oil/water and electrical parts such as motor switches.
4. To prevent sudden start-up, the switch should be in the "off" (i.e. pressed in) state before the power is turned on.
5. Do not abuse the power cord, and do not arbitrarily extend or replace the power cord. Do not scratch, cut, or crush the power cord while pulling it.
6. The pump is of explosion-proof type, and special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts when replacing the electric brush or repairing them, so as not to damage or scratch them. When repairing or replacing the electric brush, the motor should be opened to clean the internal cavity of carbon powder, oil corrosion, etc.
7. To use it correctly, the power cord of this pump does not come with a plug at one end, and the user can choose the appropriate plug themselves. There are two sides and three points to pay special attention to:
A, If using plugs and sockets in explosive and flammable areas, they must comply with explosion-proof regulations and be installed in normal areas far away from explosive and flammable sites. A 220V5A three pin plug can be used, with one long pin as the grounding pin.
B, Regardless of the type of plug used, it must be reliably grounded. The yellow green core wire at one end of the power cord is the grounding wire. After proper connection, it is also necessary to check whether there is electrical continuity between the metal casing of the pump and the contact pin. The resistance should not exceed 1 ohm.
8. Prohibited places for the use of electric oil pumps: They cannot be used in special environments such as humidity, wind, snow, and corrosive gas environments.
Instructions for using our electric oil pump:
1. The specified voltage for the use of electric oil pump: The line voltage must not exceed ± 10% of the voltage specified on the nameplate of the oil pump before it can be used.
2. How to equip an electric liquid pump: After opening the box, assemble it according to the structural diagram, connect the electric motor (1) and then connect the mobile phone (2) to integrate the pump body with the motor (3), and connect the water outlet pipe
3. Before use, check that all components are in good condition before starting up for use.
4. Electric oil pumps should not be operated in idle mode. When in use, stop the pump immediately after suction is complete, otherwise it will accelerate the wear of impeller seals, bearings, and other components. It is also possible to wear out the pump tube, as the no-load speed of the pump motor can reach 10000 revolutions per minute.
5. Replace the brushes in a timely manner. When the brushes are worn out and cannot be used, they must be replaced in a timely manner (both brushes should be replaced at the same time). Otherwise, poor contact between the brushes and the commutator may cause ring damage, damage the commutator, and in severe cases, burn out the armature.
6. Do not use in the following situations. If insulation damage, cable sheath rupture, plug and socket cracking or poor contact, intermittent operation, severe sparks or other faults are found during use, repair should be carried out immediately when operating the motor casing. Do not use until repaired.
7. To prevent overload, in case of abnormal or reduced speed during use, the machine should be stopped immediately to check if there are any debris stuck in the impeller or if the motor has malfunctioned. When the pump brakes due to a problem, the power must be cut off immediately.
8. Use tools with care, and handle all coating pumps with care to avoid impact.
