Electric PP ball valves have extremely strong corrosion resistance and sealing performance, with few overall leakage points and high strength. They can be used in various fluid pipelines containing corrosive media, acid and alkali liquids, gases, water, etc. Electric PP ball valves are not suitable for use in high-temperature environments, nor are they suitable for use in liquids containing hard particles, as they can easily scratch the surface of the ball, thereby affecting the seal and causing leakage.
Features of electric PP ball valve:
1. The absolute value of the mechanical properties of electric PP ball valves is higher than that of UPVC materials, making them more suitable for corrosive media such as acid and alkali, chemical raw materials, etc.
2. The electric articulated ball valve adopts a dual actuator connection, which is easy to install and disassemble. Simply remove the actuator to repair and maintain the pipeline project.
3. The valve body material of the electric PP ball valve is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white high crystalline polymer, which is currently one of the lightest varieties among all plastics.
4. It has good chemical stability and good corrosion resistance to non oxidizing acid dilute nitric acid, alkali, and salt solutions.
