purpose:http://www.ktybdl .. net/info.asp? second_id=3029
Compensation wires, compensation cables, and thermocouples are used in temperature measurement and control systems in factories, mines, and scientific research departments such as instrumentation, power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and textile industries. The testing cable is easy and simple to lay, with characteristics such as moisture resistance, fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and aging resistance. Shielding can prevent external interference.
Usage temperature: Ordinary GVV (RP) -20 ℃~+105 ℃ Temperature resistant FF46-GS (RP) -40 ℃~+200 ℃ Fire resistant and high temperature resistant HF4B -40 ℃~+380 ℃
Main Technical Data: 1. Compensation cables are divided into SC BC KC KX JX TX EA according to product varieties, where the letter "X" represents an extended compensation wire and the letter "C" represents a compensation cable. The difference between them is that the nominal chemical composition and thermoelectric potential of the alloy wire of the extended cable are the same as those of the matched thermocouple wire. The nominal chemical composition of the alloy wire used in compensating cables is different when paired with thermocouple wires, but the nominal value of the thermoelectric potential is the same as that of the thermocouple used when the temperature is between 0~100 ℃ or 0~200 ℃. The thermoelectric potential and resistance values comply with the specifications in the table below. 2. The insulation resistance of the compensating cable for moisture resistance test shall not be less than (10 meters) 25M Ω after 24 hours in 40 ℃ water 3. After 24 hours of heat aging resistance, the compensating cable undergoes a 5-fold outer diameter test and does not break down after a voltage test of 1000V/1min.
