Product Introduction
Anti static table mats are mainly made of conductive materials, static dissipative materials, and synthetic rubber through various processes. The surface layer is an electrostatic dissipation layer with a thickness of about 0.3-0.5mm, and the bottom layer is a conductive layer with a thickness of about 1.5-1.7mm. The table mat has a long service life, excellent acid, alkali, and chemical flux resistance, and is wear-resistant and easy to clean The length is generally 10m, with widths of 1.0m and 1.2m. The available surface colors are green, gray, blue, black, etc. It can be divided into sub light or bright light. In special cases, it can be processed according to customer requirements.
Product function
The main purpose of laying anti-static table mats (floor mats) is to achieve a uniform potential for ESDS tweezers, tools, appliances, instruments, etc. that come into contact with the human body and the table, and to release static electricity. At the same time, static sensitive devices (SSDs) are not affected by electrostatic discharge phenomena such as friction and electrification, thus achieving the effect of electrostatic protection.
The table mat has a long service life, excellent acid, alkali, and chemical flux resistance, and is wear-resistant and easy to clean.
It is produced with high-quality rubber raw materials and special processes. The product is resistant to high temperature and abrasion, aging, deformation and shrinkage, with pure and natural color, good acid, alkali and chemical solvent resistance, and easy to clean. It is an ideal choice for customers with high environmental requirements.
Laying method
Basic ground requirements
1. The basic floor can be a smooth surface cement floor, terrazzo floor, tile floor, or wooden floor.
2. The ground must be flat, without obvious unevenness, and the unevenness should be less than 0.2%
3. The ground has sufficient strength and there is no sanding or peeling phenomenon.
4. The ground must be dry.
scope of application
In order to reduce or eliminate static electricity hazards, production workshops and advanced laboratories in the microelectronics industry such as electronic semiconductor devices, electronic computers, electronic communication equipment, and integrated circuits need to lay anti-static mats or conductive ground mats. After the anti-static mats (ground mats) are laid and grounded, the working surface will discharge human static electricity, so that the ESD tweezers, tools, instruments, etc. in contact with the table can reach a basically uniform potential, and the static sensitive devices (SSDs) will not be disturbed by the wide step surface caused by frictional electrification and other static discharge phenomena, thus achieving the effect of static electricity protection.
Precautions for use
1. The surface of the product must not come into contact with acidic or alkaline solvents (such as benzene, alcohol, etc.), as this may cause discoloration, fading, and a decrease in resistance value. If cleaning is necessary, a cloth may be wiped with a neutral solution (such as water).
2. The adhesive used should be compatible with both the bottom of the cushion product and the workbench material, ensuring a firm bond without any shrinkage after the product is attached. Suggest conducting trial pasting before mass production.
3. Product shrinkage: The product has a higher adhesive content than general table mats, which increases durability and tensile strength. It is recommended to widen the product specifications during cutting and store for 24 hours to allow the product to have a fatigue recovery process before proceeding with adhesive bonding production.
