1CPC linear guide railER25MNCalibration of machine level. Requirement: Place two equal height measuring blocks and a marble ruler on the installation base surface, and place a precision level to adjust the base level. The requirement is that the base should be convex (2-3 grids) in the middle.
IICPC linear guide railER25MNInspection of the roughness, flatness, straightness, and appearance of the installation base surface. Requirement: After the horizontal adjustment is completed, a laser interferometer must be used to measure the flatness of the installation base surface of the main linear guide (we usually use a linear guide surface on the right side of the column as the main guide). The allowable convexity is 0.05mm every 10m, and the allowable convexity for the full stroke straightness is 0.03mm. The roughness requirement is 1.6, and there are no casting defects in the appearance.
IIICPC linear guide railER25MNChamfering treatment of the installation base surface and the reference installation surface on the guide rail side. Requirement: The chamfer radius should be less than or equal to 3.5mm. If the chamfer is found to be too large or protruding, it should be promptly treated with oilstone and file, otherwise it may cause poor installation accuracy of the guide rail or interfere with the slider.
4CPC linear guide railER25MNProcessing of installation base locking threaded holes. Requirement: Confirm whether the position of the installation screw holes is correct, and whether the center distance between each connected screw hole is 120mm, which is greater than or less than 0.1mm. To ensure high-precision screw hole processing, it is required to use CNC equipment for positioning processing.
5、 Check the straight guide rail after unboxing. Requirement: Check whether the linear guide has a certificate of conformity, whether there are any scratches or rust, clean the anti rust oil, and remove burrs, impact protrusions, and dirt on the assembly surface.
