The ER060 series transmitter and receiver form an optical path that runs through the diameter of the chimney or pipeline, and is connected to the OPSIS gas continuous emission monitoring system through optical cables. The monitoring light is generated by the xenon lamp inside the transmitter and projected onto the receiver. From the receiver, the monitoring light is transmitted to the analyzer through an optical cable.
The transmitter and receiver are both installed on the flange of the external pipeline. The transmitter is powered by OPSIS PS150 and connected to the main circuit. The interior of the transmitter and receiver is protected by transparent windows, and the continuous blowing of clean compressed air keeps the transparent windows clean.
There are two types of transmitters and receivers: ER 060 is suitable for connecting one analyzer and ER 062 is suitable for connecting two analyzers.
The ER 060 series can be used for manual calibration of CB 100 calibration slot systems, as well as for automatic calibration of ER 060 AUTO/ER 062 AUTO.
The ER 060 system has been certified according to the German TUV standard.
