The EL-1200 data acquisition instrument cabinet is a display instrument cabinet that is compatible with flow meters and contains uninterrupted power supply. It is equipped with digital tube display or LCD display secondary instruments and can be connected to GPRS wireless remote transmission modules. It is used to require on-site measuring instruments to operate normally even in the event of AC power interruption. The on-site monitoring equipment that can form a wireless remote data transmission and management system after being equipped with a GPRS module, together with industrial field measurement equipment such as flow, temperature, pressure, etc., forms a sub station of our WV-I wireless remote data transmission and management system. Therefore, the reliability of instrument and monitoring network operation has been improved.

■ Working principle
The EL-1200 uninterruptible power supply instrument cabinet adopts automatic charging and automatic power switching circuit. That is, when the AC power supply is normal, the instrument cabinet is powered by AC power, and the power supply system automatically charges the internal battery. After the battery is fully charged, the system is in a float charging state. When the AC power is cut off, the internal circuit of the instrument cabinet immediately switches (with an action time of about 0.11ms) to charge the secondary instrument and GPRS module with the battery, without affecting the normal operation and measurement of the instrument and GPRS module during the switching process. When the AC power is connected, the system will immediately switch to AC power supply and charge the internal battery.
