The intelligent transmitter is the latest product launched by Yokogawa Electric Corporation in the mid-1990s. It was the first to use a truly digital sensor - a monocrystalline silicon resonant sensor, ushering in a new era of transmitters. The product has higher accuracy, stability, and reliability, and has been self introduced to the market, receiving high praise from all walks of life. To welcome the arrival of the fieldbus era, we have launched a fieldbus transmitter that has been tested and certified by the foundation and meets the FF standard. When the upper and lower surfaces of a single crystal silicon wafer are subjected to unequal pressure using microelectronic processing technology (MEMS), deformation will occur, resulting in a decrease in the frequency of the central resonant beam due to compressive force and an increase in the frequency of the edge resonant beam due to tensile force. The difference signal between the two rates is directly sent to the CPU for data processing, and then (1) converted into a 4-20mA output signal through D/A conversion, and the Brain or Hart digital signal is superimposed during communication; (2) Directly output digital signals that comply with the Fieldbus Foundation TM standard. Two H-shaped resonant beams with identical shape, size, and material are fabricated at the center and edges of a single crystal silicon chip surface, and the resonant beams oscillate at high frequencies in a self-excited oscillation circuit.

The influence of static pressure is ignored

When static pressure (working pressure) is applied, resonant beams with identical shapes, sizes, and materials undergo the same deformation, resulting in consistent frequency changes. Therefore, deviations are automatically cleared (similar to temperature effects in the formula and diagram).
