The Tianrui Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer EDX 3600 inherits the five characteristics of accuracy, speed, non-destructive, intuitive, and environmental protection of the Tianrui Instrument EDX series. It adopts a 25mm2 large-area beryllium window detector, which can accurately analyze the content of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, copper, iron, nickel, osmium, zinc, iridium and other jewelry. The test results fully comply with the requirements of the national standards GB-1887 "Regulations and Naming Methods for Purity of Precious Metals in Jewelry" and GB/T-18043 "Non destructive Testing Method for Precious Metal Jewelry Content X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy".
