In order to improve the DMC series dust collector for treating sawdust dust, our company has made improvements to the DMC-II pulse jet bag filter. Extend the lifespan of filter bags and improve dust removal efficiency. The spray pipe device has a flexible connection, making it easy to install and replace filter bags. Furniture factory sawdust collection measures: Install a dust hood above or sideways on each processing machinery dust source, use a fan to suck the dust into the conveying pipeline, and then send it to the storage bin, which can reduce the dust concentration at each operation point to 2mg/m3. The dust removal efficiency is above 95% to 99%.

The dust collector in the wood processing plant mainly consists of the following components:

(1) Shell part: including cleaning room (also known as gas purification box, gas box) and filtering room. Partition partitions, maintenance doors, and shell structures. The cleaning room is equipped with a lift valve, a flower board, and a short spray pipe; The filtering room is equipped with filter bags and their frameworks.

(2) Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: There are ash hoppers and screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller feeders (i.e. discharge valves) set up according to different series and import dust concentrations.

(3) Inlet and outlet air box body: including inlet and outlet air ducts and middle partition. The single (or single row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, while the double (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell.

(4) Pulse dust cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, lifting valve cylinder and its solenoid valve, etc.

(5) Compressed air pipeline and its pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist device, etc.

(6) Pillars, vertical cage ladders, and railings.
