The main function of the dry process diaphragm stretching production line is to composite the film from the unwinding rack on the first roller, and then heat it by the preheating roller. Through the speed difference between the front and rear rollers in the stretching zone, the film is stretched, shaped, trimmed, and wound longitudinally.

The online heat treatment of materials does not require the oven step in the old process. After casting and compounding, it can be directly fed into the stretching machine.
