Secondary filtration refers to the combination of primary efficiency filter (filter cotton) and medium efficiency filter (ultrasonic bag)
In dry filters, there are generally three levels of filtration: primary, medium, and high-efficiency air filters. Multiple combinations can achieve a purification efficiency of over 99%. Dry filters use inertial separation technology, which changes the direction of the inertial force of particles through the fibers of the filter, or forces the jet flow to change direction multiple times, so that particles can adhere to the baffle wall and achieve the effect of filtering particles. Different performance filters installed in dry filters can effectively remove dust and water mist from exhaust gas. Particulate matter and water mist will be effectively intercepted by the filter material to ensure the cleanliness of the incoming air.
Advantages of dry filters:
1. Dry filters do not require water during the filtration process, so there will be no secondary pollution, and the cost is not high while being environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
2. High purification efficiency, with a purification efficiency of up to 99%
3. Low resistance during equipment operation
4. The device has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and consumes almost no manpower
5. Long service life, only the air filter needs to be replaced, and the box can be used multiple times.
6. The use of full page folding and seamless welding ensures the sealing of the box.
