This system is JS-GW-1 dry mist humidifier, also known as air-water mixing humidifier, consisting of several air-water mixing nozzles, main controller, auxiliary controller, water and gas treatment, water and gas distribution, and other parts. Compressed air is sprayed from the nozzle through a pressure regulating valve, while pushing the pneumatic piston inside the nozzle to move the needle valve backwards, opening the water outlet. The sprayed compressed air creates a negative pressure (vacuum) in the water circuit and air-water mixing ratio control device connected to the nozzle, and pushes the valve stem in the ratio control device downwards, opening the water circuit. At the same time, the compressed air opens the pneumatic shut-off valve, and water flows through the proportional control device, reaches the nozzle, and mixes with the compressed air to form a water mist.
