The dry vegetable crusher is a high-speed shear crusher produced by our company, which can be used to quickly crush various types of dry and wet vegetables. This machine can crush Chinese herbs such as Codonopsis pilosula, Paeonia lactiflora, Atractylodes macrocephala, Eucommia ulmoides, Astragalus membranaceus, Panax notoginseng, seahorse, Cuscuta chinensis, Ganoderma lucidum, licorice, hawthorn, pearls, etc. It can also be used for crushing and processing algae materials such as kelp, vegetable leaves, seaweed, etc. Compared with other models, this machine has the advantages of high crushing efficiency, uniform discharge, and less powder. Working principle

In terms of working principle, the dry vegetable crusher drives the rotor part through the main shaft, and the moving knife fixed on the rotor and the moving knife fixed on the body form a cutting cut to repeatedly cut the woven bags entering the main machine box. The size of the crushed material is controlled by the bottom screen of the crusher. During the repeated cutting process, the material that meets the discharge size is discharged from the machine cavity through the bottom screen aperture to complete the crushing operation. Compared with the impact crusher, this machine has the advantages of uniform discharge, less dust, and less powder in dry vegetable crushing.
