In the petroleum and chemical industries, oil tank water cutting is generally done manually, which can lead to oil leakage, waste of oil products, environmental pollution, high labor intensity, low efficiency, and hydrogen sulfide poisoning during manual water cutting. Therefore, some automated water cutters are needed to solve the above problems.

Our company has launched three types of automatic water cutters based on the objective actual situation of different enterprises:

Mechanical water cutter - suitable for cutting water in light oil tanks, with a simple structure, no need for other supporting conditions, and intrinsic safety;

Mechatronics water cutter - suitable for all oil products, with dual protection and controllable water cutting conditions;

Intelligent water cut-off device - suitable for all oil products, all water cut-off conditions can be monitored, controlled, and statistically analyzed.

The HH-II oil interception and drainage system produced by our company has the following characteristics:

1. Large drainage capacity, complete models, main body made of stainless steel, strong corrosion resistance. Flexible rotation, reliable operation, and long service life.

2. Small size, easy maintenance, no need to replenish water, and convenient winter management.

3. Adopting a dual valve pilot structure, it does not require power and is therefore safe. High technical starting point, sensitive and reliable movements.

4. In the presence of oil, trap the oil inside the embankment. The valve automatically closes in the absence of medium to ensure the safety of the oil tank area
