The smoke and dust generated during work are sucked into the standalone smoke and dust purifier through the suction hood. Firstly, they are separated and intercepted by a layer of flame retardant mesh in the purifier, which can separate and intercept large particles and Mars particles generated by polishing; After initial filtration, the air enters the second layer baffle, which divides it to prevent residual sparks from directly entering the main filter element; The separated dusty gas enters the third layer main filter element for purification, and the filtering effect of the main filter element can reach 99.9%. Due to the filtration accuracy of the main filter element meeting indoor emission standards, the filtered clean air is directly discharged into the indoor circulation through the exhaust outlet below the purifier. The interior of the filter element adopts a multi-directional rotor type automatic back blowing dust cleaning, which makes the surface of the filter element cleaner and can always ensure that the dust collector has a constant suction air volume.

The filter element of the intelligent standalone smoke purifier is made of imported PTFE microporous membrane filter material, with high filtration accuracy and the ability to filter smoke particles up to 0.1 μ m. The service life of the filter element varies depending on the working intensity of the purifier and the amount of smoke and dust. Under different circumstances, the corresponding indicator lights on the operation panel will light up to prompt. It is equipped with power phase sequence indication, phase loss short circuit protection, automatic shutdown when the temperature is too high, and automatic blowback protection measures when the pressure difference is too high (optional).
