If the product fails, the customer can directly log in to the DINOLIFT website service area through the Internet to search for special product services or notify DEROLIFT to provide technical personnel and required parts for the customer. The on-site support service will be provided in the countries and regions where the customer requests service, and is limited to countries and regions that have the ability to provide the products and components purchased by the customer.

If additional fees are required, DEROLIFT will notify the customer as soon as possible.
