Product Introduction

The double mouth plastic crusher is a heavy-duty plastic crusher that adds a disc feeding port on the original basis, which can initially chop materials into small pieces. This machine can be used for crushing various plastic pipes, plastic rod bodies, rubber rods, rubber pipes and other plastic waste profiles and waste materials. In terms of equipment structure, the machine adopts heavy-duty rotors, thickened plates, and blade structures mainly consisting of fixed and moving blades, which have the advantages of high crushing efficiency, low noise, and uniform size of crushed materials.

Working principle

The double mouth plastic crusher operates on the principle that large pieces of material are initially shredded through the inlet of the cutter head. The shredded material directly enters the machine cavity and is then driven by an electric motor to rotate the moving cutter head at high speed. During the high-speed rotation of the moving cutter, it forms a relative motion trend with the fixed cutter. The gap formed between the moving cutter and the fixed cutter is used to create a cutting edge for plastic crushing and shearing. The crushed plastic is filtered and outputted through a sieve to filter the size of plastic particles, making the entire processing process convenient and labor-saving.
